While working with customers, we’re constantly learning about their needs and managing inquiries that arise. As a result, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. If your question isn’t addressed below, get in touch with us and we’ll provide the information you need.

STUDY/LEARN PRODUCTS

Learn about TLC products by going to RESOURCES in your back office and downloading each of the product PDF files. Focus on the top five products first: Tea, Nutraburst, Resolution drops and NRG, then move on to others in the product line.

HOW TO FIND RESULTS PHOTOS

Results photos are found in the team FB group OUR TLC RESOURCES. Look at the albums for various types of results and testimonial photos to use. These are all verified TLC results.  The integrity of our product results photos are of the utmost importance, so please refrain from using photos that are not TLC verified.

HOW TO FIND KIT IMAGES

Kit images are found in the team FB group OUR TLC RESOURCES under albums.

HOW TO FIND APPROVED FOOD LIST

The official TLC Resolution food list and diet plan can be found in your back office under Resources.  You will also find a copy of the team approved food list in our FB group OUR TLC RESOURCES as well as in the albums of our team client support group OUR TLC JOURNEY.

HOW DO I GET PAID

Now that you are a Life Changer I'm sure you would like to know how you get your commissions. This is going to be under change settings in your back office. This is just like a debit/credit card that our money gets sent to. You have the options from your card to transfer to your bank or just use that card. You will also have to send your SS or EIN to TLC for payments to start processing. Please send that to TLCsecure@totallifechanges.com
Your first check is paid out 2 weeks after the ending of that pay period. 
Pay periods run from Friday to Thursday.
